We have been speaking with quite a few agents…and this time of year we are hearing pretty much the same thing…that INSTANTANEOUS leads are becoming more challenging to obtain as we end the summer season…
Do you have just a minute I can share with you why I am calling women in real estate?
I am inviting about two dozen agents to attend a training event on “how to secure more leads from an agents friends family and past client list”
Just a brief couple of questions….
it looks like you got licensed in (state the year from the first 4 digits of their license #)
1st…as an agent…are you carrying as many buyers and sellers as you would like…or could things maybe improve in that area?
2nd…regarding houses under contract……some people are slammed right now with pending properties….is that the case…or are you somewhat looking for ways to be more productive…

Beth ..if you would like to see a bump in your income….I have found that many agents have benefited from attending the training on building your business without prospecting….
it focuses specifically on getting 5-10 more closing…per year from your sphere of influence…friends and family and past referrals….
Is that where you have seen the bulk of your business…or is it being generated from things like open houses….internet leads….
